2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• No personal information (name, email, phone)
• No location data
• No usage analytics or tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No third-party analytics SDKs (no Firebase, no Amplitude, no Mixpanel)

3. Apple Music

• Clipingo uses Apple's MusicKit framework to access your Apple Music catalog
• Music data is processed entirely on your device
• We do not access, store, or transmit your Apple Music listening history
• An Apple Music subscription is required for some game modes

4. CloudKit (Daily Challenge)

• The Daily Challenge mode uses Apple's CloudKit to fetch a daily song challenge
• This data is publicly available and does not contain personal information
• No user authentication is required to read daily challenge data

5. Game Center

• Clipingo uses Apple's Game Center for leaderboard functionality
• Your Game Center Player ID and scores are managed by Apple
• We do not access or store your Game Center data outside of Apple's framework

6. On-Device Storage

• Clipingo stores your preferences (e.g., haptic feedback setting) using UserDefaults
• This data stays on your device and is never transmitted

7. Children's Privacy

Clipingo does not knowingly collect information from children.
